We are an independent body offering purchasers of home improvement services, total protection and peace of mind when dealing with a company licensed by us. The CPA is not a trade association – we represent the interests of the consumer.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any licensed company, you have us to turn to. Equally important, should a licensed company cease to trade, your purchase is still guaranteed because you will be protected by our Insurance Backed Guarantee scheme. The scheme is underwritten by a major UK insurance company, ensuring that you have cast-iron protection.
